Приложение «Экстренный вызов 112» работает на платформе "Экстренный вызов" развернутой на базе Системы-112 субъектов Российской Федерации.
Приложение «Экстренный вызов 112» работает только на территории Российской Федерации и все обращения абонентов в Службу-112, находятся под защитой.
При использовании Приложения «Экстренный вызов 112», Вы сможете нажатием одной кнопки:
- сделать звонок на номер 112,
- отправить SMS сообщение на номер 112,
- сделать видео звонок («ЖИВОЕ ВИДЕО») на номер 112,
- транслировать видео с места происшествия («ЖИВОЕ ВИДЕО») на номер 112,
- организовать чат («ЖИВОЕ ОБЩЕНИЕ») с экстренными службами по номеру 112, с отправкой координат местонахождения абонентского устройства, с которого был осуществлен вызов и
в интересах какой службы был сделан вызов.
Для работы Приложения «Экстренный вызов 112», Вам потребуется регистрация Вашего номера телефона и имени в Службе-112 с подтверждением кода SMS, для того, чтобы оператор
Службы-112, был уверен, что вы настоящий человек.
Приложение «Экстренный вызов 112», кроме Службы-112, никакую информацию о Вашем обращении, никуда не передаёт.
Приложение «Экстренный вызов 112», предназначено для связи в РЕЖИМЕ РЕАЛЬНОГО ВРЕМЕНИ. Сохранение передаваемой Вами информации осуществляется только на стороне Службы-112.
Ваше местонахождение передается в Службу-112 только при вызове экстренной службы.
В случаях, если оператор Службы-112 занят, вы можете завершить Ваш вызов, у оператора Службы-112, Ваш вызов отобразится как пропущенный.
У оператора Службы-112 есть возможность сделать Вам «ОБРАТНЫЙ ЗВОНОК», используя все виды связи, предлагаемые приложением «Экстренный вызов 112».
В режиме Видеозвонка/Чата, не дожидаясь ответа оператора Службы-112, Вы можете прикрепить фото, создать сообщение и отправить на Службу-112. При подключении оператор
Службы-112, уже будет знать вашу проблему. В случае, если связь с оператором Службы-112 не установлена, то Ваше сообщение отобразится как пропущенный вызов и оператор
Службы-112 с вами свяжется самостоятельно.
Приложение «Экстренный вызов 112», позволяет Вам запросить у Службы-112 "Архив обращений" - в Службу-112, с отображением информации, в каком регионе и в какую службу Вы
обращались. Регистрационный номер Вашего вызова, начало реагирования на Ваш вызов и прибытие службы на место.
Приложение позволяет Вам запросить адрес своего местоположения и отобразить его на карте.
Приложение позволяет Вам получить дополнительный сервис, видео, аудио звонки (чат) с абонентами из записной книжки телефона. У абонента должно быть установлено приложение
«Экстренный вызов 112». Этот режим обеспечивает соединение двух абонентов напрямую, в том числе и в РЕЖИМЕ РЕАЛЬНОГО ВРЕМЕНИ.
При установке Приложение запросит у Вас разрешение на использование:
Местоположения – отправка координат в Службу-112 при Вашем обращении.
Камеры и Микрофона – для организации видео звонка и трансляции видео, с оператором Службы-112 и абонентом из записной книжки.
Контакты – для связи с абонентом из записной книжки.
